Pole Vault Summit of the World Elite!


An exciting international match between the leading nations of the world in pole vault USA and Germany to win the coveted Golden shingle and the "Nordketten-Trophy" will tremble Innsbruck's Old Town! Both nations send their best athletes, including World and Olympic champions as well as European champions!


Hold method of the int. test:
Each team has a strike result. The top three levels of each team are added and show the overall result. During height of a tie the team's win by the fewest failures. Each member of the winning team receives a prize of gold ducats from the sports town Innsbruck.

If an athlete reaches the height of 5,80 m, he can see the northern mountain chain behind the Golden Roof.

The Nordketten Trophy is doped with € 1.500,-. Are two or more athletes crossing this height, the premium goes to the overall winner.

In case that this height will not be reached, the advertised amount comes in a jackpot and will be raised in the coming year.
